2008 and vibrant young Brisbane artist Starr is on top of the world.  With recent trips to Paris and Los Angeles, Starr is continuing to pursue her success globally and is providing serious art collectors with new and exciting work that is both unique and bankable.
Starr is a ‘New Traditionalist’ who combines the traditional techniques and themes of the European masters with the contemporary sensibilities from modern art Mecca’s like the USA.  This exhibition ‘Once Upon a Time in Paris’ is testament to her travels and the inspiration that she has taken from one of the world’s most romantic and colourful cities.  The work in this exhibition, her fifth solo here at Red Hill Gallery, is once again breathtaking in its originality and ground-breaking use of line and colour.
